Man where to begin, At first I was not happy with the communication with Long Beach BMW, I spoke to multiple online sales rep who kept passing me around and was told that the car I was interested was not yet available and that a sales manager would call me back. Service here is hit or miss. Took our car for service (oil change, brake fluid change, and micro filters). Why has it been two days and no one can tell me when or if the car will be ready? I call and no one calls back. So, two days, so far, without a car and they don't even offer a loaner. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this dealer, but it will be the last. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE IF YOU EXPECT ACTUAL SERVICE. YOU'RE BETTER OFF AT TOYOTA OR HONDA DEALER. If my wife didn't like the car so much I'd get rid of it and never buy Bummer again. 🤬 4/12/23 Updating my review from one star to four stars. After physically going to the dealer to check on my car I spoke with Paul the service Director. Explained that the car has been there two days already and no contact from anyone about status. Paul was attentive and explained the situation, which was due to some unforeseen staffing issues. He humbly apologized about no one getting back to me and had the car ready to go in minutes. Paul is good person and immediately made the situation right. I want to thank him for his professionalism. With that type of understanding I will once again do business here.

Everyone is extremely nice and wants to help out. I was not happy that I was lied to a few times before purchasing my used car that I found out about after the fact. I was told the car had all new tires and found out it only had two new tires. I was told the paid would be taken care of for pick up and it was absolutely in bad shape when I picked up. They did make it right, I just had to wait for 3 hours as they did the job I was promised.

We worked with Tony Nguyen to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW 330i. Tony was very patient with us, taking us out to do two test drives and answering all of our questions about financing. Because Long Beach BMW didn't have a 330i in the color we wanted, Tony called around until he found the one we wanted at a dealership in Monrovia. He offered to go pick it up himself the next day, which was his day off. But he gladly trekked all the way up there, had the car detailed, and drove it back to Long Beach for us. After we closed the deal, Tony had the gas tank topped off and we drove off super happy! I would highly recommend working with Tony if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. The man will do everything in his power to find you the car you want at the best possible price. And Sam in the Finance Dept. was amazing as well. My seatbelt started malfunctioning so I called this dealer to see how they were receiving the cars and protecting the clients.They are offering free valet service, meaning they picked up my car, they fixed it, cleaned it inside and out and they sanitize it. The person that returned it was wearing gloves. I really liked their service. They deserve 5 stars!!!!

Great place to take your BMW’s for services around this area. Especially if you ask for Vee, the service agent. He has been great taking care of us. Very informative about BMW cars and services your car may need. Vee also referred us to the BMW certified auto body shop when one of our vehicles was crushed. Everything was a smooth transaction. They are military friendly which BMW gives you an incentive/discount on certain things.

My BMW 328i 2013 was leaking oil from the valve cover, so I had it fixed at my local repair shop. However the local repair shop missed another leak, so I thought it was better to have the whole vehicle checked out by the professionals at Long Beach BMW. They discovered the leak as it was the vaccuum pump leaking internally. To my surprise, it was covered under warranty. Now that I think about it, the valve cover gasket was probably covered too! They had it done quickly as soon as the part came in to the dealership! It's always great bringing my car for service there as they . usually have a brand new Beamer for a loaner! Sovann Vun was my Service Mgr. and she made sure everything was taken care of and also kept me up to date with text messages.

Sales team and finance were great. No extra pressure or hassle. Very professional. However, the vehicle was not in the condition advertised. Windshield wipers inoperable. Tires under inflated by 14psi. Coolant reservoir replaced but not Properly installed. Intake hose not connected at throttle body. And yet this car received a significant amount of maintenance and inspection by the service team? The car was a great value, but the documented maintenance was not completed properly.

Hemet is the first salesman at Long Beach Mini that has ever asked me if I needed help looking at a car or test driving one. This has never happened while I have browsed the parking lot; my mini was waiting to get serviced. He was so helpful. He explained the features of all the models I looked at. And when I decided on a model, he showed me how to use the controls and answered any questions I had. He also had some scratches on the car cleaned up. This was the best sales experience I have ever had at Long Beach mini. They should have more salesman like Hemet. I am looking forward to him selling me my next bmw when my warranty runs out in 2025. Hopefully Hemet will still be. If you want good service, make sure you ask for Hemet.

The salesman Robert was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. He took us for a ride and then sat down with us to work with the financing department with patience and care.

I have been searching for a car for a couple months. We have had different levels of interface with the different dealer salesman. Overall it was a very good experience. Our salesman , Deonte Shelton was very helpful. The supporting sales management team were available and able to quickly get to an agreement. We finished with the Finance Manager, Richard Houston, and he thoroughly reviewed our purchase contract with us. We picked up our X7 the next day. I recently bought a new BMW 300e for my wife at Long Beach BMW from Robert Behr. The process was quick and streamlined and I was out within the hour. This was in part due to the fact that I already new what I wanted and Robert, who has many year’s experience at Long Beach BMW, made me a reasonable offer I couldn’t refuse. I had previously been at Long Beach BMW about three months ago looking for a 300e but they had none in stock and was told the wait could be about 3 months for a hybrid. Towards the end of December, I took the chance and enquired again if they had any in stock and Robert said they had two arriving on the truck the next day. I didn’t want to miss the opportunity so I told Robert that I would take the black on red. From the initial contact, Robert was patient and attended to my needs even though I was a walk-in without an appointment and he was attending to another client who did have one. When I arrive with my wife to pick up the car, Robert had a nice big red bow on top of it. It was a nice touch that mad my wife’s eyes light up for the holidays. We had such a great experience purchasing another BMW. From the parking lot when we pulled up, we saw Josh (I believe that is his name) and he led us to Bishoy. I went to a few BMW dealerships (Beverly Hills and Glendale), and while my experience at Long Beach BMW was better, there were some things that left me underwhelmed at times. The positives: My SA was great in recommending that I go for a newer model rather than a 2022 build on my vehicle since I was ordering in June 2022. They also advised that I would need to make sure to get on their allocation list asap so that Im not waiting months on end. This was something no other dealership even mentioned. Initially, my SA was great in making sure to call me if I had certain questions that couldn’t be thoroughly answered via email and helped make the car ordering process a breeze. Areas for improvement: a lot of major updates regarding my car were given very late. Didn’t find out my car was already in production until I contacted my SA about making modifications to the build. It was then that I found out it was too late to make any changes despite my SA telling me previously they would let me know beforehand so we could make any last minute changes. Contacted my SA about the approximate delivery date and didn’t receive a response. Then reached out again a few weeks after and found out the vehicle was arriving in a week and a half to two weeks. Vehicle didn’t arrive during the project timeframe, but rather than my SA giving me an update, I had to reach out to get more info. My experience at Long Beach BMW was alright, and my SA helped me lock down on the best car I’ve ever owned. However, they would benefit in being proactive and giving customers information and updates along the way rather than the customer having to do the work. UPDATE: This review has been updated to 5 stars. After posting my review, Long Beach BMW immediately contacted me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. While I previously mentioned that my experience at Long Beach BMW was alright, this has shown me that Long Beach BMW not only acknowledges their customer reviews but takes the time to make things right and please their customers. This is more than alright but excellent! This shows unparalleled customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning for more. Thanks again!

Its all about Outcomes, and for me it was a great out come thanks to Mike (sales manager), and Dante. Having had so many cars, I always start with CarGuru as a 3rd party and as an aggregator and then to the company website. BMW corporate made a mistake in feeding the car specs (wrong) to CarGuru and it took a couple of hours to fugure it out and Mike made good (a trait that no longer exists in the car business), and Dante delivered the car and after I some questions that I let my guy at Sterling 2 miles up the road, (had no cars for me), answer them in 2 minutes. In the future - I will sit in front of MIke, The car, and pick the car up myself - the mesage here is that these guys are straight shooters and will make you a deal like no other dealership. I recently bought my first car there, it was a used car, trade-in from a customer of theirs. This was the first dealership I’ve been to where everything they promised was true. From the first phone call, Connor, the sales representative that handled my request was very friendly and informative. He sent me live pictures of the vehicle, ahead of my appointment, so that I could be aware of its exact condition, before making the trip. At the dealership, he answered every single question (I had many as I’ve never done this before) and he was with me the entire time I was there - which was about 4 hours! Process was a bit long, indeed - you’re buying a car after all! - but easy to go through, Connor helped me with every step, let me have multiple rides before I made my decision and was friendly without having this “pushy/ cringy” approach that most sales managers at dealerships I’ve been so far had. I really felt at ease, felt that I could trust them and truly got a great deal! Highlight for me was that they will be painting over some minor scratches that the previous owner did, before I get the car, service included in the price. Only “con” is that this repair will end up taking a couple more days than their original estimate, but oh well, ive been looking for such a great car for so long I can wait a couple more days. Thank you guys for making my first car purchase such a seamless and happy experience :)

I was a true look-lou when I went into LB BMW to check out the X5 SUV as I had a GLE Mercedes on order. My sales person was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which helped me appreciate the differences between the SUV's. He put together a deal that made it all possible within a total of 3.5 hours, from viewing, test drive, trade-in evaluation and final paperwork. We still are amazed at how easy the process was!!

Hands down the best bmw dealership I’ve experienced. Went to Audi, Mercedes’ Benz, and other bmw dealerships and because of chip shortage, everyone wanted dealer mark up. When I called Long Beach because they had the exact color combo I wanted in X5, sales rep Melony told me to come down and check it out first. After I test drove, I expected a mark up on top of msrp, Melony looked at me like I was crazy. NO mark ups on their vehicles and Melony’s customer service was top notch from start to the end. They noticed it was my birthday and gave me some discount even in this market. Very pleased with my experience there and they got themselves a lifetime customer. I always have a pleasant experience taking my BMW to Long Beach, I live 5 minutes away from McKenna BMW but have had horrible experiences at that location where I’d rather drive 18 miles to Long Beach. This all started when my original dealer wanted me to come in and "see what they could do". My lease was ending soon and they were hounding me to come in and end my current lease early and start a new one with them. After several phone calls, emails, and texts they weren't able to make it worth my time to make a deal with them. I was looking around and found the Countryman that I wanted and it was at Long Beach Mini. I contacted their internet sale manager and she hooked me up with Edwin Rodriguez. Edwin was quick to respond to my calls and texts, we talked about the car I wanted and the numbers that I needed in order to make the deal happen. He quickly came back with the exact numbers that I had asked for. (I wasn't looking to rip them off or lowball them, I just asked for numbers that made sense.) I then informed him about my current lease and that I still had 3 payments left. He gave me 2 options, 1) roll those payments into the new lease, 2) bring the car in for an evaluation as a trade-in. So, on a Saturday evening after work, we brought the car in for the evaluation and it wasn't going to bring in enough money to cover the last 3 lease payments. ($1332.00 not a small amount). While we were sitting telling Edwin that we couldn't do the deal because we couldn't come up with another $1332.00, Matt came over to say "Hi" and to see if he could help. We told him about the $1332.00 and how that was the sticking point. Matt said "hold on let me talk to the general manager", Matt and Edwin went off to see the general manager to see if they could pull off this "crazy deal". When they came back, Matt said, "I feel like being CRAZY tonight, LET'S DO THIS!" So, when it looked like it wasn't going to happen, Edwin and Matt when to bat for us and got the deal done!

I had an awesome experience at the BMW dealership in Long Beach. Kip Lee, sales associate, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and was upfront and honest. I made my purchase of a preowned mini after I have had to test drive a couple of different cars. I ended up financing through them and they made the process seem fairly easy. I?d recommend this dealership to friends and family members. Narciso, Rodriguez and Bishoy as well as everyone else I met here were very pleasant and made sure that I drove off the lot very satisfied with my purchase.

This was the most positive and easy car buying process I've ever experienced. Edwin was knowledgable and easy going. He made sure they held the car I wanted until I got my insurance settlement check, which was unexpected. Even the finance portion was easy and didn't take a long time. Everyone from manager, sales and finance were helpful and friendly. They made me feel like part of the MINI family. I did not choose any of the optional services that were suggested along with this covered service, thereby saving over $1100! It was my first time at Long Beach BMW and I had a phenomenal experience! I should start off by saying that I called at 2:30pm on a Friday to make an appointment, with little hope that they'd have availability, and they were able to see me at 2:30pm that same day. I know, WOW. This is unheard of when making an appointment to visit the service department, especially during COVID. I was obviously impressed with their customer service before even visiting their location. Upon arrival, James Saunders was the Service Advisor assigned to me. I have visited several different service departments in the past and James is the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is extremely professional, detail oriented, knowledgable, and communicative. Most importantly he was honest and direct, from the start. As a woman visiting a service department, it is hard to come by men in the automotive industry who don't try to pull a fast on you because you're a woman. James' professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my vehicle with him and his team. My visit was due to a rattle in my sunroof panel. James took it upon himself to go with me on a drive in order to identify where exactly the rattle was coming from and gather info to provide his technicians with. Him taking the initiative to do so showed great work ethic and significant knowledge when trouble shooting. James was able to go on the drive with me, get my paperwork squared away, and set me up with a loaner in less than an hour. James definitely exceeded my expectations. I went to Long Beach BMW thinking it would be a one time occurrence, since I live down the street from South Bay BMW, however that is no longer the case. I am now more than happy to make the commute to Long Beach BMW because I know I can rely on James to deliver excellent customer service, in a timely manner. Anthony in-service was great! The two ladies in the service department were terrible. Phoned in three times to get status on the car. Got transferred once , put it on hold for 10 minutes second time, and hung up on the third. Yes I was pissed.

For this reason I?m not sure if I?ll continue to lease/purchase BMW?s at the end of this lease if this warranty/maintenance process continues. Thank you
